Dr. Kyeong-Hwa Kim
Assistant Professor of Education

 

Dr. Kim received her Ph. D. in special education from the University of Kansas in 2006 with a concentration in secondary school reform and transition policy program. Before coming to University of the Cumberlands, she worked as a research associate at the Transition Coalition at the University of Kansas where she conducted research in transition.

Dr. Kim has been affiliated in professional associations including American Association on Mental Retardation, the Association for Persons with Severe Handicaps, and Council for Exceptional Children (Division on Career Development and Transition and Division for Research).
